1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,765,090 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 13, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It is as shown in the Attached Form “Cause of Claim”.
2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of complete payment shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
