1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 259,93,171 and KRW 259,840,071 among the Defendants. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 26358, Sep. 15, 2015>

(a) Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment without holding any pleadings following the submission of a written reply);
B. Under the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015), statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
