Judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s allegations under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the Defendant merely submitted the original payment order and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a written reply thereafter.
