Defendants are not guilty.
1. Defendant A, from July 2009 to November 201, 2010, worked as the head of the F-U.S. Center located in Gyeong-si G in Yeongdeungpo-si, Seoul Metropolitan Government, the regional headquarters of F (hereinafter “F”) located in the sixth floor of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

B From December 2010 to the present day, a person who works as the head of the old American Center, which is the local headquarters of the F.
The other H is the representative director of F.
The case, other than the case, I is the chief executive officer in charge of F's 35 regional headquarters across the country.
The case outside of the case is the finance of F.
The case other than the case is F's audit.
The other hand L is F's registration director.
The other part of the case M is F's registered director.
The other N is F’s registration director. A.

Any person who intends to engage in the sales business consisting of at least three stages of common criminal activity sales organizations of H, I, J, K, L, M, and N outside of the case, shall either register with the Fair Trade Commission as prescribed by Presidential Decree, or register the multi-level marketing business with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, or Do Governor.
Nevertheless, Defendant A and the instant case H et al. purchased health functional food (396,00 won) from the Fmi Center located in Dong-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Seoul and around July 2009, which is a health functional food sold by the said company at the Fmi Center located in Dong-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and purchased and conducted by the said company, and join the said company as the lowest salesperson of the said company under the condition of receiving education or SSP 1-2 day training. Upon the recruitment of their subordinate salespersons and completion of the purchase and education of goods, the said salespersons are recruited as the subordinate salespersons of the said company, and have a phased sales structure, such as joining them as the subordinate salespersons again, and are equipped with a phased sales structure, each stage (stage 1) cooperation company (stage 2), directors (stage 4), directors (stage 5), directors (stage 5), O.S. (Stage 6) related to the performance of the sales of goods, and are equipped with the system of Do and retail profits, expenses for entrusted management, overseas travel, dividend, etc.
