(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act of 201 applies mutatis mutandis only to the case where the original copy of the payment order in this case was served and the defendant was not present at the date of pleading without submitting a specific answer, and thus, the plaintiff's assertion is withdrawn pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act of 201.
