On November 12, 2013, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Seoul High Court located in Seocho-gu Seoul High Court at the center of Seocho-gu Seoul High Court on November 14:00, 2013, where the imposition of a penalty surcharge is revoked between Plaintiff C and the Defendant Gyeonggi-do Gwangju High Court, which is located in 157, Seocho-gu Seoul High Court.
