2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, fifty thousand won.

Defendant as a taxi driver for business use,

1. On May 10, 2013, at a sloping City, no more than 24 years old, the victim’s B (24 years old) was lost, finds one lot of a lot of credit card (credit card number C) issued by a lot card company, and does not take necessary procedures, such as detecting a close lot of credit card sales store, and embezzled the items that he/she occupied by having the said lot of credit card with his/her mind to have, without going through necessary procedures, such as communicating the card sales store;

2. Around May 24, 2013, around the same day, the Plaintiff paid the price with a card on his/her own machine prior to the coffee machine operated by the victim on the part of the victim on his/her name located in the northwest-dong, Busan, and used the said B’s slot card, which he/she acquired as shown in the preceding paragraph, from that time until July 11, 2013, including the use of the tea card of KRW 1,624,622, which he/she acquired on 49 occasions as indicated in the list of crimes, from that time.
