1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 37,950,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from August 20, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
The grounds for the plaintiff's assertion are as shown in the attached Form, and the evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including paper numbers) can be recognized in full view of the whole purport of the pleadings.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 37,950,000 won for the removal work and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from August 20, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
