However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 2015, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate, which is a mark of a public office, by setting up a “C” with a white and verification-type Stick for the purpose of exercising the right, when the car registration number plate was seized due to tax in arrears from the office located in the Hanam-si, Hanam-si.

2. From the lower police officer on December 2, 2015 to January 27, 2016, the Defendant used “C” motor vehicle registration number plates, which are the symbols of forged public offices, as described in paragraph 1, for the purpose of attaching them to the Kaone Star car.

3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall use a forged or forged motor vehicle registration number plate;
