Nevertheless, on June 13, 2012, the Defendant was issued one million won in cash upon receipt of a request from the J, which known that there is a high possibility that the Defendant would enter the H’s “I business” of the H institution that will be carried out on the following day, with the view to having a high possibility of entering the said business, in the vicinity of the Suwon-si Scup Scup, Suwon-si Scup, Suwon-si Scup, which was 270.

As a result, the defendant acquired property in return for an illegal solicitation by a person who administers another's business.

2. Defendant B

A. Nevertheless, on September 18, 201, the Defendant was issued one million won in cash upon receipt of a request from J to the effect that “The Defendant was aware that there is a high possibility that the Defendant would enter the N Project’s “N Project” member of H agency that will be carried out the next day,” and that “The Defendant would give a high score to K on the evaluation day, so that he may receive the relevant project.”

B. On March 4, 2012, the Defendant was selected as a member to participate in the technology evaluation of H institution conducted as a person on March 5, 2012, and the technology evaluation among procurement contracts is conducted.
