Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendants guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on Article 9(2) and Article 48-2 subparag. 1 of the former Act on the Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Fire-Fighting Systems (amended by Act No. 13062, Jan. 20, 2015).

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
