AE shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,00,00, by a fine of KRW 3,000,000, by a fine of KRW 3,000,00.

The Defendants are the defendants.

No business of raising funds from many and unspecified persons without obtaining authorization, permission, registration, reporting, etc. under other Acts and subordinate statutes, and promising to pay the total amount of investments or an amount in excess thereof in the future, shall be allowed to receive investments.

1. On July 16, 2012, Defendant B, E, and AF’s joint criminal conduct: (a) Defendant AF made an investment in the “real estate development project in China,” which has a base for China, at the early 2012 Scambling,” Defendant AE received a proposal from Defendant AE, stating that the investment will be made; (b) the Chinese business site will be reported; (c) the investment will be made; (d) the investment will be lent one unit cost; and (d) Defendant AE, along with the foregoing Defendant AE around July 16, 2012, tried to hear the explanation of the project at the time of mining of the Chinese luminous wave; and (d) to invite investors.

After that, at the residence of Defendant AE located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon AJ on July 2012, 201, the Defendants paid dividends to Defendant AE, which was known to Defendant AE, for investment in the “Development of Real Estate in China, at the time of Madic learning in China.” If the Defendants invested KRW 30 million in China, 300,000,000 for one unit of investment will be paid as an allowance for investment, and two subordinate investors for one unit of investment will be recruited, and if two subordinate investors are recruited, 5,000,000 won for one unit of investment will be paid as an allowance, and if 2th class investors are recruited next to 2nd class investors, 1.2 billion won for each second class of investment will be paid as an indirect allowance, and if 8th class investors are recruited, 30,000,000 won for each second class of investment through the said phase of investment, 30,000,000 won through the said phase of investment.”
