As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, damages for delay from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment are recognized only as calculated at the rate of 12% per annum and the exceeding part is dismissed.
