The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
Around 06:00 on October 11, 2019, the Defendant in the factory room assaulted the victim, i.e., the victim D (inf., 45 years of age) who is an employee, and the preserving balance as a matter of the victim’s head and chin, and the victim’s head and chin, with his/her second hand.
Articles 260 (1) and 260 (3) of the Criminal Act: Judgment dismissing the application of the victim's intention not to punish the victim after the prosecution of this case is instituted (Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act)
