As seen above, Defendant G, a company with which Defendant F was established by dividing the 7th 6-9 parallels as follows. According to the results of the fact-finding with respect to the Government Registry of the District Court of the first instance court, Defendant F’s division plan submitted at the time of the establishment of Defendant G by dividing Defendant F into the division plan, which states “Defendant F and Defendant G are jointly and severally liable.”
