A. The parties’ relevant Acredit Cooperatives (hereinafter “A”) are corporations that engage in lending, deposits, installment savings, and other credit businesses under the Credit Unions Act, and Defendant C took overall charge of the overall affairs of A, including credit collection services, while working as the president from February 18, 2006 to February 4, 2009. Defendant D used as A’s regular business from April 1, 2002 to January 2009, and was in charge of financial and accounting affairs. Defendant E worked as the director of A from July 21, 2002 to July 201, 2010, and Defendant F took charge of credit affairs, such as credit rating investigation, debtor qualification, etc., as proxy, from June 18, 2006 to June 12, 2006 to January 1, 2009.

B. The Defendants’ Defendants exceeded the value of the guaranteed loan provided loans to G, H, and I as shown in attached Table 1, in excess of the amount of loan available, as a member of G, H, and I. The amount of money not recovered from G, H, and I as of December 1, 2012 is as listed in attached Table 1.

C. 1) Defendant C is a company J (hereinafter “J”) from May 24, 2005 to June 4, 2008.

J and K Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “K”) serving as a director.

The L, which was audited by the audit, was asked to execute the loan for K.

Defendant C had a small-scale company, the capital of which is 50,000,000 won or more, which is a mere small-scale company at the time, had a senior security right, and the ability to repay is insufficient, Defendant C had to implement an installment savings loan of KRW 50,00,000 with L as the debtor. L had a wage of KRW 6,66,64 from May 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006, and had a guarantee obligation of KRW 100,00,000 at the time, and had a bad credit rating of KRW 8,00,00,000 by the personal credit rating system.
