Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Defendant as to subparagraphs 1 through 5 of the Certificate No. 1 of the Inventory of Seized Articles.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants treated psychotropic drugs as follows, even though they were not authorized to handle them as Chinese nationality ship-related origin, the Defendants treated them as psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related persons (hereinafter referred to as 'copon', hereinafter referred to as 'copon").
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On July 16, 2016, Defendant A contacted Defendant A to purchase phiphones from D on July 16, 2016, and opened approximately one gram of phiphones to Defendant B, who is a phiphone transport book in Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, which is one’s dwelling place, to purchase phiphones.

B around 21:00 on the same day, at the G street located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, delivered approximately one gram of the instant phiphonephone to D and received KRW 500,000 from D.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell philophones as above.
B. On July 17, 2016, Defendant A contacted Defendant A to purchase philophones from the above D at a time around July 17, 2016, and opened approximately 0.5g of philophones to Defendant B, who is a philophone carrier, from the above dwelling area.

B around 14:10 on the same day, at the G street located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, delivered approximately 0.5g of the said oponon to D, and received KRW 2.50,000 for D-roopon price.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell philophones as above.
2. Defendant A
A. At around 19:30 on July 30, 2016, Defendant A sold 1g of phiphones to I who arranged and came to know in front of 365ccpons in the National Bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, for approximately KRW 500,000,000.
B. From August 6, 2016 to August 21, 2016, Defendant A administered phiphones by means of a phiphone inhaler in which the smoke generated by heating the phiphones into a string place by raising the phiphones in his or her own residence above the string place, and the smoke generated by heating the phiphones as soon as possible by using a phiphone inhaler in the drinking branch.
