A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a Drocketing car.
On October 2, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle at around 19:20 on October 2, 2017, proceeded at a speed of about 40km per hour between 60-lanes in the city of Daegu and about 5-lanes from the border of the city of Daegu, and changed the course to two-lanes.
At the time, other vehicles are travelling along at night and in the way that they intend to change course, so the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by changing the way safely so as not to impede the normal passage of other vehicles as well as good traffic conditions.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected the course to change the course to the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle, and received the back door from the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle IK5 vehicle driving at the 40-year-old driver’s age, and the back door to the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, the injury to the victim H, such as salt fat, etc., in light of the influence that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim J (J, 70 years of age) who is the passenger of the victim’s vehicle, with approximately three weeks of medical treatment, such injury as salt fat, tension, etc.

On October 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a Drocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of L hospital located in K in Daegu Suwon-gu to the front of the GG apartment in Busan-si, M. M. M. at approximately 3km from around 19:20 to around 3km.
On September 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven D rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 500 meters from the front road of the Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu to the front road of the building in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, to around 500 meters from September 27, 2017.
