1. The Defendant, on February 2012, committed the crime against the Victim B, made an investment to the Victim B (the 27-year-old) at the instant coffee shop located near the Heungnam Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. located in Geumnam-gu, Gwangju. The Defendant made an investment to the Victim B (the 27-year-old-gu), “B is making an investment in the Nong Dog Capital at present, making a lot of profits and trust. If an investment is made through (b), 10% interest may be paid on the basis of the date of investment, and the investment amount may be returned on the desired date at any time.

However, in fact, the defendant did not invest in the Nonghyup Capital, and did not have any intent or ability to return the investment money, even if he received the money from the victim because he did not receive the money from the victim for the purpose of paying insurance premiums, paying credit card payments, living expenses, and interest for the victim.

On February 14, 2012, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 6,00,000 won from the bank account (Account Number C) in the name of the Defendant under the name of the victim as investment money, and received 6,000,000 won from that time to December 13, 2013, and acquired 61,00,000 won in total from that time as investment money, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from December 13, 2013.

The Defendant, in September 2013, by deceiving the victim D (the age of 32) by the same method as the above paragraph (1) in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, 2010 Dong 2001, and was transferred from the victim to the post office account (Account Number F) in the name of the Defendant for investment around October 1, 2013, and acquired by deceiving the victim five times in total from January 23, 2014, under the name of investment money, from around five times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
