1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 402,254,00 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 10, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only 12% per annum, which is the interest rate following the above amendment, shall be recognized).
