To order the Defendants to be put on probation.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On August 17, 2013, at around 05:00, the Defendants: (a) discovered the victim D while under influence of alcohol in front of Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) accessed the victim; (c) Defendant B, who was in use by the victim, exceeded 500,000 won of the market price; and (d) Defendant A, at the back of the part of the victim, deducted 400,000 won of the market price in which the Agricultural Cooperative, the Bank of Korea, and the New Bank CC card, etc., owned by the victim; and (e) deducted the key of the “E” club that the victim was in his hand.

After all, the Defendants moved to a nearby club and moved to another place, and went out of the market price of 300,000 won in total, such as physical exercise, the victim owned by the Defendants, the market price of which is 20,000 won or more.

As a result, the defendants stolen property equivalent to 1.4 million won at the market price together with the defendants.

B. In purchasing drinking water, etc. at H convenience stores operated by the victim G in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day as Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) of this Article, the Defendants in violation of the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act suggested that they had obtained lawful license to use the stolen cream card, such as Paragraph (1), and signed the sales slip, and then, they received from the above employees the drinking water, etc. totaling KRW 10,300 in the market price from that place until 10:00 on the same day, from that time, from that time, the Defendants purchased and received the stolen 112,100 won in total using the cream card from the Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, etc. 6 times in total, as shown in Paragraph (1) of this Article.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce victims to receive property and used stolen credit cards.
