1. The part on board “A” which connects each point of 1, 2, 3, and 1 in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, and 1, which is 751 square meters in Gangnam-si.

Reasons

The Plaintiff is seeking to divide the land of this case into G 751 square meters in the form of an auction with the Defendants, which is jointly owned by the Plaintiff. In light of the nature and location of the land of this case, surrounding circumstances such as roads, etc., the use and profit-making status of co-owners and the use status after the division, etc., it is reasonable to divide the land of this case into investment in kind according to the share ratio of the Plaintiff and the Defendants, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
