The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around August 12, 2019, the Defendant, at around 15:40 on August 12, 2019, abused the victim D (years 61) and the part of the victim’s head at the time of vision, such as drinking alcohol in the vicinity of the “C cafeteria” located in the Dasan-si B, and making the victim d (years 61) and the part of the victim’s head at least four times.
2. Crimes of non-compliance with judgment: A judgment dismissing a prosecution stating that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant after the prosecution of this case: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
