Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B K5 car.
On April 17, 2017, at around 17:19, the Defendant proceeded along three lanes from the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City C, along three-lanes from the south-gu, the south-do.
A person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to accurately operate steering and operating the steering gear and to prevent accidents by safely driving the steering right and the right and the right.

In addition, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim F, i.e., double sponsion damage, etc. which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim H, i.e., spatitis which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
2. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant driven B 5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.105% alcohol concentration in blood from a distance of about 3 km from the front road of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon to the front road of the same Gu from around 17:19 to around the same Gu.
