The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the facts charged is about 07:05 on November 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) listened to the victim C (V, 57 years old); (b) listened to the victim’s right to use in the village bus No. 02, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which passed around 28-ro, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) was assaulted against the victim by walking the victim’s buckbuck site one time due to the occurrence.
