However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Larceny;

A. On February 20, 2016, around 19:30 on February 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven by a vehicle with a key obtained in advance from the victim C, which was parked at the entrance of an underground parking lot in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City “Gang Agricultural Products Wholesale Market” located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, by using the key obtained in advance.

B. At the time and time indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant removed the front and following registration number plate of the victim E-owned F F bodyleman’s car parked in the underground parking lot of the said “Gang Agricultural Products Wholesale Market”, and then stolen it.

2. At around 19:40 on the same day as above 19:40, the Defendant illegally used air defense and illegally used the air for the purpose of exercising the right by attaching the F registration number plate which was stolen as described in the above 1’s B, and attaching the F registration number plate which was stolen as described in the above 1’s B.

3. The Defendant in an unlawful use air defense event, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (2), operated the D-Abro x-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-pat-si from February 10, 2016 to February 24, 2016

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

4. Violation of each Road Traffic Act;

A. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on February 19, 2016, driven a car with the above Ambdo 16 km X-ray from the Do near the said “Gang Agricultural Products Wholesale Market” to the vicinity of the Ambdo 16 km.

B. On February 24, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on February 24, 2016, driven the said Abdo-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O
