However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant conspiredd with the Defendant to operate an Internet illegal casino site with a server overseas along with name in the name and influence, G, and H, and subsequently, the Defendant took charge of the following roles: (a) the role of operating the gambling site in the Philippines; (b) the role of attracting and delivering domestic withdrawals and withdrawn cash; and (c) the Defendant and H withdraw cash from the corporate account used for operating the gambling site in the Republic of Korea and deliver it to G.

No person shall open a place or space for gambling for profit.

Nevertheless, from March 15, 2016 to September 27, 2017, the Defendant opened an I Park site to allow many unspecified people to gamble on the Internet for profit, and recruited the account holder. The Defendant paid KRW 2,97,587,662 in total to the national bank account (Account Number K) in the name of J from the account holder to pay the game money to the insured and let them use the game money in cash in accordance with the dividend rate, and then, took part in the operation of the said gambling site by providing the games money which can be exchanged in cash at the rate of distribution to the members who bought the result of betting on the casino. From March 16, 2017 to October 27, 2017, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 100 million in total from the account number of the national bank (Account Number K) in the name of the State in which the said gambling site is operated.

Accordingly, the Defendant established a space for gambling for the purpose of profit-making in collusion with name influence, G, and H.
