1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 250,000 for each month from January 15, 2009 to December 12, 2017.

Reasons

1. On December 30, 2007, the Plaintiff made a loan to the Defendant on January 15, 2009 with interest rate of KRW 60 million per month and the due date of payment as of January 25, 2009. The Defendant’s unpaid principal of the loan and the damages for delay are claimed by service by public notice by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
