The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below and the first instance court maintained by the court below in light of the evidence duly admitted, it is just to find the court below guilty of attempted fraud among the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to fraud in litigation

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but there is no statement in the appellate brief that there is no objection to the appellate brief, and there is no such statement in the petition of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
