2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

[Judgment of the court of first instance is just, and there is no error as alleged in the ground for appeal by the plaintiff, even if the plaintiff presented evidence Nos. 13 and 14 (including evidence attached with a serial number) to the court of first instance, which was duly adopted and examined by the court of first instance. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
