[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a driver of B Lastren's passenger car capacity.

On November 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of about 600 meters at the front side of the Grand-gu Daegu Lane hotel in the Ireland to the front side of the same aquatic police station. The Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.113% in blood.
