1. On May 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a D police box located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and demanded a police officer to take a patrol vehicle up to his/her house on May 20, 2015.

At this time, the security guard E, who was on duty within a police box, flaged back to go home, and the Defendant: (a) was flabed by a flab; and (b) was flab by a television flab when he was flabed by a television flab with a flab; and (c) was flabed.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties on the situation of police boxes.
