A. The Plaintiff is a company that manufactures steel products, processes steel products, and sells steel products, and the Defendant is a person who engages in steel wholesale and retail business with the trade name “B.”

B. Upon receipt of a request from the Defendant for the supply of steel products, the Plaintiff supplied each of the steel products to the Defendant on December 11, 2012, including the 66,374,616km (amounting to 66,374,616 won), 58,016km (amounting to 46,905,936 won) on December 13, 2012, 58,016km (amounting to 46,905,936 won) on December 17, 2012, 57, 140km (amounting to 46,197,690 won) on December 18, 2012, 2011: < Amended by Act No. 11217, Dec. 14, 2012; Act No. 11506, Dec. 14, 2012; Act No. 11388, Apr. 1, 2013. 2>

C. Since the Defendant did not pay the price of the above steel products, the Plaintiff sought against the Defendant the total amount of 299,839,518 won and damages for delay.
