However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment Act”) by driving a DN motor vehicle on March 23, 2014, and making a left-hand turn to the guardian smart path located in the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City. As a result, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer from the salted scams that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, did not immediately stop the damaged vehicle so that approximately KRW 5,277,906 of the repair cost would be damaged to the damaged vehicle and run away without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

2. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, on February 24, 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds despite having taken over the said D D D D DN motor vehicle from G.
