1. The Defendant successively connected the Plaintiff with each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 32, and 1 among the area of 1,626 square meters prior to Jungcheon-si.

Reasons

1. Inasmuch as the Defendant, without permission, constructs a provisional building (a plastic house) on the ground of each part of 1,626 square meters of the order of the Plaintiff’s joint ownership (1,576.4/1,626 equity), and occupies each part of the above land, the Defendant seeks to remove the above provisional building and deliver each part of the above land to the Plaintiff. 2. Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment without permission.
