1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 13, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 30, 2006, the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant KRW 2450,000,000,000 to November 3, 2006, respectively, and KRW 1.1 million out of the loan balance. The Plaintiff claimed part of the loan balance by public notice by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
