1. The defendant shall pay 16,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from June 29, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. After maturity one year from April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff borrowed 2% of interest per month and the date of interest payment to the Defendant on the 28th day of each month. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff only interest for the two-month interest. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest of KRW 16,00,000 and the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from June 29 to the date of full payment.
