1. The Defendant’s 43,295,536 won to Plaintiff A, 39,439,741 won to Plaintiff B, and each of the said money from September 15, 2015.

Reasons

1. The indicated Plaintiffs were employed by the Defendant and provided labor from June 1, 2009 to August 31, 2015. Plaintiff A asserted that the sum of KRW 43,295,536, including wages and retirement allowances, etc. from June 1, 2014 to August 2015, Plaintiff B did not receive KRW 39,439,741 in total, including wages and retirement allowances, from June 1, 2014 to August 2015, and Plaintiff B claimed for the payment of each said money and damages for delay to the Defendant.
