Judgment by the confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only submitted a formal written objection to the service of the duplicate of the complaint and the objection thereto, and the subsequent written response was not presented at the date for pleading. Thus, it shall be deemed that all of the plaintiff's allegations were led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
