Text

1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 36,954,480 won with 6% interest per annum from November 17, 2006 to 2012, 12, and 13, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.

The same shall apply to the order.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

As stated in the reasons for the application(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. On the first date for pleading, ‘49,095,300 won' was corrected as ‘36,954,480 won'.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
