However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Criminal facts]

1. Injury;

A. On July 17, 2020, the Defendant, within the Ulsan-gu C Officetel No. 22:00 on July 17, 2020, committed assault on the victim’s face face part with the victim’s other men than the Defendant, 2-3 times by hand, brought the victim’s face part in the main room, and threatened the victim’s hair with the victim’s face part at approximately 20 times by hand, again, 20 times by the back part of the victim’s face part with the hand part at approximately 20 times with the victim’s back part with water, and 1-2 times with the victim’s shoulder part with the upper part containing water, and caused the victim to injure the victim by assaulting the victim’s shoulder part with the upper part of the victim’s shoulder due to raining 1-2 times.

B. On July 18, 2020, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim’s head at the same place as the preceding paragraph, and on the same grounds as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant took around about about 20 weeks of the victim’s head head at around 20 weeks by hand.

2. Around 22:00 on July 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact that the victim is drinking with another male, i.e., paragraph 1-A; (b) was provokinged to the victim; (c) was provokinged into the victim’s body; (d) was provokinged into the victim’s body; and (e) was provokinged into the victim’s body; (e) was provokinged into the victim’s head head knife (20cm on the knife) was knife; (e) the victim’s head knife more than five times; and (e) assaulted the victim’s face knife four times by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying dangerous things, assaulted the victim and inflicted multiple injuries on the victim in need of treatment for two weeks.
