1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 29,700,000 to Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 33,730,000 to Plaintiff B; and (c) each of them from July 16, 2020 to August 20, 2020.

The fact that the defendant agreed to pay KRW 29,70,000 to the plaintiff A on June 25, 2020, and KRW 33,730,300 to the plaintiff B by July 15, 2020 can be acknowledged by considering the overall purport of the pleadings as a whole in each of the evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including the number where there are numbers).

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff Gap 29,700,000 won, 33,730,000 won within the scope of its claim against the plaintiff Eul, and each of the above amounts, 5% per annum under the Civil Act from July 16, 2020 to August 21, 2020, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from July 16, 2020 to August 21, 2020, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
3. Conclusion, the plaintiffs' claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
