However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. At around 22:25 on January 27, 2014, the Defendant driven a vehicle B without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.105% from a section of about 300 meters to the Dongcheon-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S.-do, from the front side of the Sea Watercheon-gu, Ulsan-do, to the Dongcheon-do-dong.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the same place as that of paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) of this Article, used D’s resident registration number unlawfully by suggesting that D’s resident registration number is his/her own resident registration number, who was a relative of relatives who did not live with the said C, and requested a police officer of the Ulsan Central Police Station to verify his/her personal information such as the Defendant’s resident registration number.

3. The Defendant: (a) temporarily and at the same time and place as Paragraph (1) of this Article, and at the same time and place, carried out the act under Paragraph (2) by a policeman under Paragraph (1) and stated that it was D in the column for signature of the driver of a portable information terminal (PDA) as a result of the crackdown on drinking driving; and (b) had the said C transmit it to the police internal computer network as if it was duly formed as a result of the crackdown on drinking driving.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant forged the above D's signature without authority, and exercised the forged private signature.
