1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,660,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 12, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The judgment by deeming the confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) only submitted a written objection to the payment order without stating the substantive grounds for disputing the Plaintiff’s claim, and did not appear on the date of pleading after the submission of a written response, and thus, all of the Plaintiff’s allegations are deemed to have been led to confession under Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure
