용역비
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 10, 2014 to the date of full payment.
According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including paper numbers), the Plaintiff, an accounting corporation, entered into a service contract on June 13, 2014, setting the amount with the Defendant as KRW 20 million, and entered into the agreement on the appraisal of stock value of the "SAP A Co., Ltd." on the appraisal of stock value, and after completing the stock assessment on July 17, 2014, submitted the stock assessment report to the Defendant.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 22 million won including service charges and value added tax with 20 million won with 20% interest per annum from December 10, 2014 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
