The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 41,389,183 and the amount of KRW 40,146,631 from July 8, 2020 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 208(3)2 of the Act on the Civil Procedure (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2010, Jan. 1, 200) provides that “A creditor” shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.”
