1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,500,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from May 5, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. On the ground of partial dismissal of claims, only damages for delay calculated by the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, following the enforcement of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) amended on May 21, 2019.
