A. The plaintiff is a legally married couple who completed the marriage report with C on January 5, 2007, and has two children under the chain.

On April 19, 2019, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking consolation money of KRW 30,001,000 with the Incheon District Court 224435 group as damages for delay on the ground of the Defendant’s and C’s misconduct. On September 17, 2019, the said court rendered a ruling of recommending settlement (hereinafter “decision of recommending settlement of this case”) to the Plaintiff by November 15, 2019 with payment of KRW 13,00,000 to the Plaintiff by November 15, 2019, and the decision of recommending settlement of this case was finalized according to the fact that both the Plaintiff and the Defendant were served within 14 days upon the delivery of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant.

Even after the decision to recommend reconciliation of this case became final and conclusive, the defendant continued to contact with C, affixed the defendant's photograph to C, and the defendant's photographed to C, such as "self-cat," etc., and discussed the issue of contact frequency, etc., such as whether the defendant's contact is delayed or frequent, and the defendant's frequent contact is changed.

In addition, the defendant talked about C and leave on August 3, 2020, and "Is no place close to Incheon", and "Isn-sin-sin-sin-sin-sin-sin-sin-sin-sin-sin-sin-si."

A. The third party of the relevant legal doctrine infringes on, or interferes with, a couple’s communal life falling under the essence of marriage by committing an unlawful act with either side of the married couple and his/her maintenance.
