The statutory interest rate provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) are enacted on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the completion date of the contract delay damages claimed by the Plaintiff to the day of full payment, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
