The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the charged facts of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and there is no error of violation of logical and empirical rules and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or of misapprehending the legal principles on fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
